Mindful Monday’s in D.C

Classes are taught by WineDown Yoga founder Meredith Walsh and Laura Corson, and will take place 1x per week either on Monday’s or Friday’s, depending on the week (schedule below).
Got the Monday Blues? Join us for our Mindful Monday is intended to set your week off with good vibes. Enjoy all levels yoga, essential oils, relaxation & mingling with like-minded people.
Here’s what to expect:
50 minutes of yoga with Laura Corson
10 minutes Savasana (final resting pose) and meditation with oil assists
Afterward mingle with us over tea, meet like-minded people doing cool shittt in the city & learn tools to heal your life
Pr-registration required: $10
(save $2 per class with purchase of 3 or more classes)
